eNom New TLDs User Errors

Problem

While performing an action with the eNom New TLDs addon module, you see the following error:

User not permitted from this IP address

Cause

This error indicates that your server’s IP address is not whitelisted for access to the eNom API.

Solution

Open a support ticket with their API department to request access.
