Unable to Display Pricing Errors

Problem

You see the following error while importing domain extensions and pricing at Utilities > Registrar TLD Sync:

Unable to display TLD cost pricing as currency 'XXX' is not defined with an exchange rate

Cause

This message occurs when a currency in WHMCS is missing or does not have a properly-configured exchange rate.

Solution

Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Currencies and either add or update the currency.
