Banned Emails

You can ban email domains during the creation of new client accounts and new users. You may want to do this if, for example, you want to stop spam orders by preventing client signup using free email accounts.

You can access this feature at Configuration () > System Settings > Banned Emails.

You can also ban IP addresses from accessing your WHMCS installation. For more information, see Banned IP Addresses.

List of Banned Domains

The list of banned email domains displays the currently-banned email domains and the number of times a customer has attempted to sign up using them.

Ban an Email Domain

To ban an email domain, enter the email domain you wish to ban. For example, hotmail.com.

The system will also add email addresses to the list of banned emails if you click Block Sender & Delete when deleting support tickets at Support > Support Tickets.
