When you perform some service-related actions, like expiring a license from the cPanel Licensing addon, you must also recalculate the service’s Recurring Amount value. If you do not do this, the system may continue to bill for the expired license.

Recalculate the Recurring Amount #

To stop including the license in the parent service’s Recurring Amount total:

1. Select the service. #

Select the desired service in the client’s profile’s Products/Services tab.

2. Enable Recalculate on Save. #

Set Recalculate on Save to ON.

3. Save your changes. #

Click Save Changes.
