You can check the IP address that each domain in your WHMCS system is pointing to. This allows you to easily see which domains are no longer pointing at your servers and identify clients that may no longer be using your service in order to free up resources.

You can access this feature at Utilities > Domain Resolver.

Check Domain IP Addresses #

To check domain IP addresses:

1. Select the server to check. #

Select the server to check or select Check All to check all of them.

2. Run the check. #

Click Run Check ».

3. Review problems. #

The list will highlight domains that do not resolve to your server in red. Click the domain or client name to view the domain’s information.
