Set a User Password Manually
If a user loses their password, you can manually change it for them. This lets you set the new password yourself without requiring any action from your customer.

Set a User Password Manually
To change a user password:
1. Go to the Users tab.
Go to the Users tab in the client profile.
2. Select Change Password.
Click the arrow corresponding to the user in the Actions column and select Change Password.
3. Enter the new password.
Enter a new password for the user.
4. Save the changes.
Click Save.
