WebPros Cloud

The WebPros Cloud module simplifies the process to create and manage hosting products that use WebPros Cloud services. WebPros Cloud is a managed platform that you can use to provision and host WebPros products on secure, scalable, reliable hardware.

  • This module does not ship with WHMCS by default. Instead, you must download and install it. For steps and more information, see the WebPros Cloud Documentation.
  • This module is compatible with all currently-supported versions of WHMCS.

Adding a Server

To set up a WebPros Cloud server in WHMCS:

  1. Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Servers.
  2. Click Add New Server.
  3. Select WebPros Cloud from the menu.
  4. For Hostname or IP Address, enter api.webpros.cloud.
  5. Enter your API token ID and secret as the username and password.
    Do not enter a value for Access Hash.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Click Create Server.

Creating a WebPros Cloud Product

You can create a product that provisions accounts on WebPros Cloud at Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services.

When you do this, make certain that you configure the following settings correctly in the Module Settings tab:

  • Service Type — The type of service to provision.
  • Zone — The zone in which to provision the service.
  • Maximum Disk — The maximum disk space allocation, in GB.
  • Entitlement — The entitlement to use for provisioning.
  • Maximum Sites — The maximum number of sites for the service.

WHMCS Connect

This module does not support WHMCS Connect.

Troubleshooting

You can find information about most hosting server and provisioning issues by reviewing recent messages at Utilities > Module Queue and in Module Log at Configuration () > System Logs.
