The Products/Services tab in the Client Profile lets you view and manage client services.

WHMCS's automation settings determine when the system cron runs, whether to perform certain tasks, and the details for running each task.

After the system cron runs, task results, the number of generated items, and any failed items appear in the Automation Status list.

If you enable cancellation requests, clients can request cancellation or termination of their services from within the Client Area.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with missing invoices.

The system is unexpectedly terminating services (for example, hosting accounts).

Cancel a service for a specific client immediately in the Admin Area. After you cancel a service, WHMCS will not generate further invoices.

Schedule a service to terminate at the end of the current billing period. When you do this, the system will cancel any unpaid invoices.
