After purchases or other events, the system sends a message to the client using an email template. You can also email clients manually. Stay in touch with your customer base by configuring email campaigns to automatically send messages to clients who meet your set criteria. You can use marketing rules to schedule automated emails to send to your clients when specific events or actions occur. The Other tab in General Settings allows you to configure additional WHMCS settings. You can enable opt-in settings for marketing emails, user management in the Client Area, file encoding, and more. The Emails tab in the Client Profile lists the emails that WHMCS has sent to that client. You can customize the styling for emails that WHMCS sends to your customers by configuring custom global email headers and footers.
