Summary Tab

The Summary tab in the Client Profile contains an overview of the client's details, billing and service information, and management quick links.


Managing Users

Users can access and manage one or more client accounts. Their contact details and other information are separate from their clients'.


Profile Tab

The Profile tab in the Client Profile lists the client's contact details and account options.


Reset a User Password

Initiate a password reset for a user who has lost their Client Area password. Users can also initiate password resets on the login form.


Security Questions

Security questions add an extra level of security for users. During password resets, the system uses them to verify the user's identity.




Users Tab

The Users tab in the Client Profile lists all of the client's users and allows you to manage them.




Log In to the Admin Area

Log in to use WHMCS's many Admin Area interfaces and features and to manage system configuration, billing, support tickets, and more.


Reset an Admin Password

If an admin forgets their password, you can reset it using the link on the Admin Area login page or by changing it in the database.


Security

The Security tab in General Settings allows you to configure security-related features. You can enable and configure captcha protection and email verification, set password strength and ban lengths, set a whitelist, and more.
