WHMCS recommends several options to help you stop spam orders, and includes support for reCAPTCHA, banning email domains, and more.

Client Email Verification

Email verification ensures that a client's registered email address is valid after client creation or changes to the email address.

Banned Emails

Ban email from an entire domain to prevent client signups using free or unwanted email services, reduce spam orders, and view attempted signups by banned domains.

User Identity Verification

Validation.com discontinued their services on 2023-04-09. As a result, WHMCS features that relate to Validation.com no longer function.

Spam Control

Spam control filters can block individual email addresses from opening support tickets, filter messages by keywords or subject lines, and reduce spam volume.
