Problem

You see an Oops! error while working with addon modules.

Cause

This error may indicate that the addon module is incompatible with your WHMCS version or system configuration.

Solution

This troubleshooting information only applies to self-hosted WHMCS installations.

If the module is incompatible or out-of-date, you will need to remove the addon files from the /modules/addons directory or obtain an updated version of the addon from the developer.
