Problem #

When provisioning a new account on a cPanel & WHM or WP Squared server, you see an Invalid numeric value error.

For example:

Invalid numeric value “visionly” for the “quota” setting.

Cause #

There is an invalid value in the hosting product configuration.

Solution #

To resolve this issue:

1. In the WHMCS Admin Area, go to Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services.
2. Click Edit next to the product.
3. Select the Module Settings tab.
4. Click Switch to Advanced Mode.
5. Enter a valid value for the setting that appears in the error message.
6. Click Save Changes.
