You can add PHP code to your custom templates on self-hosted WHMCS installations. We recommend using the hook system for most customizations.

Login Session Length

You can adjust the login session length for admins and users on self-hosted WHMCS installations. WHMCS will automatically end login sessions after the set period of inactivity.

You can view information about your PHP configuration from within the Admin Area.

PHP Upgrades

To meet WHMCS's PHP version requirements on your self-hosted WHMCS installation, you may need to periodically update PHP to a new supported version.


Smarty Security Policy

Smarty Security Policies are security hardening measures that protect a system. WHMCS applies a Smarty Security Policy for system-wide use and a mail policy for stored and dynamic email-based templates.
