Product Temporarily Unavailable Errors

Problem

A customer cannot check out with a product that uses the WebPros Partner addon module. The cart displays the following message:

This product is temporarily unavailable. Contact support.

Cause

The WebPros Partner addon module relies on a connection to Manage2 to operate. WHMCS blocks checkout when the addon module is missing, inactive, or you have not connected it to Manage2.

Solution

To resolve this:

  1. Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Addon Modules and confirm that the WebPros Partner module is active.
  2. Connect the module to Manage2 with your WebPros Partner credentials.
