WebPros Partner Provisioning Errors

Problem

While working with the WebPros Partner addon module, a new order fails to provision. The client sees a provisioning error:

Provisioning Error: This service is not provisioned yet.

In the Admin Area, the service displays a provisioning error notice on the client’s Products/Services tab at Clients > View/Search Clients.

Cause

This issue occurs when Manage2 cannot create the license or service. Common reasons include:

  • The selected License Package does not match the product’s Service Type.
  • The Manage2 group does not have permission to provision the selected product type.
  • Your Manage2 account has reached its license quota.

To find the cause, review the Module Log at Configuration () > System Logs for the failed action and the response that Manage2 returned.

Solution

To resolve this:

  1. Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services.
  2. Edit the product and select the Module Settings tab.
  3. Confirm that the Service Type and License Package match.
  4. In Manage2, confirm that the group can provision the selected product type and that your account has available licenses.
  5. On the client’s service, click Refresh License Status to retry. If the service still shows an error, terminate it and then provision it again.
