Problem #

While setting up payments at Configuration () > Getting Started Wizard, you see the following error:

Check your login credentials.

Cause #

This error indicates that your login credentials are invalid for your selected payment gateway.

Solution #

To resolve this error, verify that you have the correct login credentials. Then, reenter your credentials and try again.
