Problem #

You see the following error at while attempting to process payments with the Skrill Hosted Payment Solutions payment gateway module:

You must set a Secret Word value in your Skrill payment gateway configuration to continue receiving payment callbacks. Update your module configuration to add a Secret Word value.

Cause #

This error indicates that your Skrill Hosted Payment Solutions module configuration does not currently include the required Secret Word value.

Solution #

To resolve this error, set a Secret Word value at Configuration () > System Settings > Payment Gateways.

You can find the Secret Word value at My Account () > Settings > Developer Settings in the Skrill control panel.
