Problem #

While working with the WebPros Partner addon module, you see the following error:

A license was deactivated on the same IP last month before billing could occur

Cause #

This message indicates that the previous cPanel license for the service’s IP address accrued usage but deactivated before billing could occur within Manage2.

Solution #

You can review the list at Addons > WebPros Partner to find each license’s current associated service in WHMCS.

If you click Assign again, the system will remove the current assignment and assign it to the current service.
