FraudLabs Pro
FraudLabs Pro is a fraud detection solution helping merchants to prevent payment fraud and minimize chargebacks. It performs fraud validation using geolocation, proxy, email, credit card, transaction velocity, and other metrics to identify fraudulent orders before payment. You can build your own checks and restrictions to help block fraud before it occurs.
FraudLabs Pro also records key characteristics for each fraudulent order and uses them to provide community-driven system learning that helps block even more fraud before it happens.

Block Orders
You can create rules in your FraudLabs Pro account that define conditions under which to block orders and prevent customer checkout. The system will still allow the customer to place the order, but it will set the order status to Fraud. You can then manually review the order and decide whether to accept it.
For more information, see FraudLabs Pro’s Rules Documentation.
Fraud Check Results
To view fraud check results, go to Orders > List All and select an order. The fraud screening results will display in the order details.
FraudLabs Pro checks for new orders that customers submit through the Client Area. It does not perform checks on orders that admins place in the Admin Area.
For more information about fraud check contents, see FraudLabs Pro’s Knowledgebase.
Re-run Fraud Checks
When viewing an order in the Admin Area, you can run the fraud checks again by clicking Re-run in the top-right corner. You may wish to do this if, for example, the original results may be invalid or if client profile data has changed.
