You can easily export a client’s data as a JSON file. You may wish to use this, for example, if a client has requested a copy of the files you keep on them.

Export Client Data #

To export a client’s data:

1. Go to the Client report. #

Go to Reports > Reports.

Under Exports, click Client.

2. Find the desired client. #

Search for the desired client.

3. Select the data to include. #

Use the checkboxes to select the data to include in the export.

4. Generate the report. #

Click Generate and Download Export.

WHMCS will generate a JSON file that contains all of the data that you selected.
