Notes Tab

The Notes tab allows you to enter private notes about a client. The tab’s text includes the current number of notes.

You can access this tab when you view a client’s profile at Clients > View/Search Clients.

Viewing Notes

The notes in the Notes tab are visible to all admins but are not visible to the client. You can check Make Sticky to display the note throughout the client’s account and on any tickets that they submit in the Admin Area.

This tab does not display the separate notes that you can view in the Products/Services, Domains, and Profile tabs.

Tagging Admins

You can tag other admins in these notes by typing the @ character and the admin’s username (for example, @username).

A single note can contain multiple mentions. After you save the client or support ticket note, each tagged admin will receive a notification email.

To tag an admin in a client profile note:

  1. Choose the Add Note tab.
  2. Compose the desired note. When you are ready to add the tag, type the @ character. A list of the available admins will appear. You can continue typing to filter the list.
  3. Select an admin.
  4. Finish composing the note.
  5. Click Add Note. The system will send an email notification to all tagged admins.
