Adding the ChronoPay Payment Gateway

The ChronoPay gateway requires you to create a product in the ChronoPay admin panel before you can use it.

To set up the ChronoPay payment gateway in WHMCS:

  1. Log in to ChronoPay and click Setup.
  2. Next to List Your Products, click Submit.
  3. Click Add A New Product.
  4. Select the correct site ID.
  5. Enter a product name (for example, Hosting Invoice) and description (for example, Hosting Invoice Payment).
  6. Leave the product type set to Standard and set the price to 1.00.
  7. Leave Period, Rebill Price, and Rebill Period blank.
  8. Enter your website address as the access URL.
  9. Enter an email address for the support email.
  10. Add the product.
  11. Get the ID for the newly created product (for example, 003095-0001-0001). This is the number that you must enter in WHMCS.
  12. In WHMCS, go to Configuration () > Apps & Integrations.
  13. Choose All Payment Gateways.
  14. Click ChronoPay.
  15. Check Show on Order Form to display this payment method in the Client Area during checkout.
  16. Configure the listed settings.
  17. Click Save Changes.

Test Mode

You can use test mode to simulate payment processing without actually causing a transaction to occur. This can be useful for testing your configuration.
