You can use the Offline Credit Card gateway in conjunction with your own payment processor for offline payments. There is no online automation: the payments process manually by you using your bank’s payment gateway website or your own card processing machine. After payment processing outside of WHMCS, you can record it within WHMCS manually as a transaction.

• You can find a list of credit cards in need of processing can be found under Billing > Offline CC Processing.
• You can find the CC hash for processing payments in your configuration.php file.

Adding the Offline Credit Card Payment Gateway #

To set up the Offline Credit Card payment gateway in WHMCS:

1. Go to Configuration () > Apps & Integrations or Addons > Apps & Integrations.
2. Click Offline Credit Card.
3. Check Show on Order Form to display this payment method in the Client Area during checkout.
4. Enter a display name.
5. Click Save Changes.

Test Mode #

This payment gateway module does not include test mode.
