Add Sitejet Builder to Plesk Products

Sitejet Builder includes everything that your customers need to create professional websites without needing to learn to code. WHMCS 8.10 and later includes full automation support for Sitejet Builder on cPanel & WHM and Plesk hosting servers. You can offer Sitejet Builder as part of your hosting products or as an optional product addon.

Requirements

To offer Sitejet Builder on a Plesk server, the server must run Plesk 18.0.57 or higher. The server’s hosting plans must also include the correct features and permissions to allow Sitejet Builder access.

On most WHMCS installations that run WHMCS 8.10 or higher and run the correct version of Plesk, Sitejet Builder will be available on eligible hosting plans by default, without any required action.

Create or Update Service Plans

If Sitejet Builder is not currently included in a Plesk hosting plan, you can either edit the plan’s permissions or create a new hosting plan.

Update a Service Plan to Include Sitejet Builder

To add Sitejet Builder to an existing Plesk service plan:

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Service Plans.

  3. Edit the service plan that you use for your WHMCS hosting packages.
  4. Under Permissions, select Access to Sitejet Builder.

  5. Click Save.

You can repeat these steps for each service plan that you use in WHMCS hosting plans for which you want to offer Sitejet Builder.

Create a New Service Plan to Offer Sitejet Builder

To create a new Plesk service plan to offer Sitejet Builder:

  1. Log in to Plesk.
  2. Go to Service Plans.

  3. Create your new plan, making sure to select Access to Sitejet Builder under Permissions.

  4. Click Save.

You can repeat these steps to create any additional plans that will include Sitejet Builder.

Check for Sitejet Builder

To ensure that Sitejet Builder is available for a specific hosting product, go to Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services. If Sitejet Builder is correctly-configured and available, Sitejet Included will appear in the Features column for that product:

If you have already performed the steps above to add Sitejet Builder to a product but the Features column does not list it, click Refresh Feature Status. This will ensure that the page includes any recent changes to the configurations on your servers.
