You can configure WHMCS to automatically provision services on payment. By default, an admin must manually approve the order before provisioning will occur.

Configure Automatic Provisioning #

To set this on a per-product basis:

1. Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services.
2. Click Edit for the desired product.
3. Choose the Module Settings tab.
4. In the Automation Settings section, choose the desired provisioning behavior.
   • Selecting Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed will provision the service before payment.
   • Selecting Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received will provision the service when payment occurs.
5. Click Save Changes.
