8.13 Release Highlights
WHMCS 8.13 introduces manual user password resets, support for PHP 8.3, SocialBee in WHMCS Marketconnect, additional scheduled actions for support tickets, detailed invoice logging, and a new Getting Started Wizard experience.
PHP 8.3 Support
Your WHMCS installation depends on your server’s installed PHP version in order to run WHMCS successfully. We encourage WHMCS users to always keep PHP up-to-date with the most recent supported PHP version for your version of WHMCS. WHMCS 8.13 introduces support for our latest supported PHP version, PHP 8.3, and its required version of ionCube® Loader, ionCube Loader 14.4.0.
Before upgrading to PHP 8.3, you can check compatibility with your installation’s encoded files at Utilities > System > PHP Version Compatibility.

Updating to WHMCS 8.13
To take advantage of these changes, you need to update to WHMCS 8.13.
Right now, WHMCS 8.13 is in its first Beta release. We only recommend Beta releases for feedback, testing, and development purposes. This gives you plenty of time to make sure your customizations are up-to-date for the new version and check the compatibility of any third-party modules you use.
