Enable Knowledgebase Suggestions

WHMCS can find and display your knowledgebase articles as suggestions when your customers are creating a support ticket in the Client Area. Displaying article suggestions can help you reduce the number of support tickets you receive for common issues.

Enable Knowledgebase Suggestions

To enable article suggestions during support ticket creation:

1. Ensure that you have enough knowledgebase articles.

Go to Support > Knowledgebase and make certain that you have created enough knowledgebase content. You must have at least five articles that contain at least 30 words each.

If you do not meet the minimum amount of knowledgebase content, suggestions will not appear.

2. Go to the Support tab.

Go to Configuration () > System Settings > General Settings and choose the Support tab.

3. Enable Knowledgebase Suggestions.

Select the checkbox for Knowledgebase Suggestions.

4. Save changes.

Click Save Changes.
