Localize Email Templates
You can customize any of the emails that your WHMCS installation sends to your customers. By default, editing an email template customizes the default version of the email template, which the system sends for your installation’s default locale and any locales for which you have not localized the email template. You can enable customization for additional locales to add translated email templates for other languages.

Enable Localization for Email Templates
To do this:
1. Go to the list of email templates.
Go to Configuration () > System Settings > Email Templates.
2. Click Manage Languages.
Click Manage Languages.
3. Select the desired locale.
Select the desired locale for Choose language to add.
4. Click Activate.
Click Activate.
When you edit email templates, the editor for the enabled locale will display below the editor for the default locale’s subject and email body.
