Announcements appear on the Client Area Homepage under Recent News and in an XML RSS feed. You can also save announcements as drafts.
The General tab allows you to configure basic settings within WHMCS.
Maintenance Mode prevents customers from accessing your store or Client Area. Use it during site maintenance or WHMCS reconfiguration.
Network Issues display in the Client Area to notify customers about service-affecting issues like server outages, updates, and maintenance.
