Payment gateways allow you to accept payments of many types in WHMCS. You can use one of WHMCS's many supported gateway modules or create your own.
Use the Bank Transfer module to enter client payment details that appear on their invoice.
The Direct Debit module allows you to collect client bank details for processing at your bank.
Use Mail In Payment to enter client payment details that display on the invoice.
