Problem #

While working with the cPanel Licensing addon module, you see the following error:

A reactivation fee must be paid before a new license can be provisioned for that IP address. This must be done via Manage2 directly.

Cause #

This message indicates that the license already has an associated service.

Solution #

You can review the list at Addons > cPanel Licensing to find each license’s current associated service in WHMCS. If you click Assign again, the system will remove the current assignment and assign it to the current service.
