cPanel Licensing Options Errors

Problem

While working with the cPanel Licensing addon module, you see the following error:

cPanel Licensing options of product are not set for this service

Cause

This message indicates that you have configured license pricing for the product but have not selected the desired option for the individual service record.

Solution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Find the service in the client’s profile’s Products/Services tab.
  2. Use the cPanel License configurable option to select the desired cPanel license tier.
  3. Click Save Changes.
  4. Click Assign or Link again.
