Problem #

The Software Licensing addon module is generating a new local key on every request.

Cause #

This error indicates that there is a problem when the system attempts to store the local license key. Because the local key is not available for subsequent checks, all of the checks result in a remote check.

Solution #

Make certain that your code stores the local license key and passes it back to the license check function correctly.
