You may encounter display issues like blank chat windows or nonfunctional buttons in Live Chat, or you may see the following error:

The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.

Cause #

This typically indicates that the system cannot create the required template cache.

Solution #

To resolve these issues, make certain that the /modules/livehelp/templates_c/ directory exists and is writeable.

We recommend that you try the following permissions in this order: 755, 775, and 777.
