Problem #

You see an error when you attempt to accept an admin invitation by clicking on the invitation link.

Cause #

The invitation link is not valid or has expired.

• Invitation links expire after seven days.
• Resending an invitation link invalidates the previous link, even if it had not expired yet.
• Deleting a pending invitation in the Pending Invites list invalidates the invite link.

Solution #

Resend the invitation link. The new link will be valid for seven days.
