Cause #

This error indicates that the API endpoint is unreachable. There may be a problem with HEXONET, or you may need to update your firewall’s whitelist.

Troubleshooting #

You can test connection by running the following command from the WHMCS server’s command line:

ping api.ispapi.net

Solution #

Whitelist ports 80 and 443 in your server firewall.
