Namecheap Registrar Errors

Problem

You see the following error while using Namecheap to register domains:

Registrar Error Invalid Request IP

Cause

You have not whitelisted your server’s IP address for API access with Namecheap.

Solution

Whitelist your server’s IP address using the steps in the Namecheap documentation. You can find this IP address in WHMCS at Help () > License Information.
