Problem #

You see the following error while using ResellerClub to register domains:

An unexpected error has occurred

Cause #

There is a problem in your login credentials in the ResellerClub configuration at Configuration () > System Settings > Domain Registrars.

Solution #

Make sure that you have correctly entered your reseller ID and API key at Configuration () > System Settings > Domain Registrars.
