Problem #

Instant Issuance fails for a MarketConnect SSL certificate purchase, and you see the following error when you click View Order for the associated order in the Products/Services tab in the client’s profile:

Standard DCV Polling

Cause #

Instant Issuance failed due to another unspecified error.

Solution #

These errors also indicate that the system used standard DCV polling to complete the process. You do not need to perform additional actions to install the SSL certificate. However, you may want to check your configuration to prevent future similar failures.
