Problem #

When attempting to pay using a payment gateway module, a blank page displays.

Cause #

Usually, this issue indicates that there are two copies of the same file in the modules/gateway directory. Often, this is two copies of the .htaccess/php.ini file, or it may be another file that is not part of WHMCS.

Solution #

Find and remove the duplicate file, and then try payment again.
