Problem #

While attempting to process a payment, the system returns the following error:

Invalid Access Attempt

Cause #

This error may occur if you are using the wrong URL to access the WHMCS Admin Area (for example, using http://example.com/whmcs/admin when the correct URL is http://www.example.com/whmcs/admin).

Solution #

To avoid this error, make sure that you are logging in to the Admin Area using the exact WHMCS System URL value in Configuration () > System Settings > General Settings.
