Problem #

You see the following error while using a PayPal® payment gateway module:

Not Supported

Cause #

This error indicates that an action occurred that does not require any action from WHMCS. For example, a txn_type value of subscr_failed indicates that a subscription payment failed, and subscr_eot indicates the end of the subscription term.

Solution #

You will see these entries under normal operation and they do not indicate a problem.
