Stripe ACH General Errors

Problem

You see the following error while using the Stripe™ ACH payment gateway module:

Cause

This error indicates that your Stripe credentials are invalid or your Plaid configuration is incomplete.

Solution

To resolve this error:

  • Make certain that you performed all of the necessary steps to configure the Stripe ACH module. If you are using WHMCS 8.8 or earlier, make certain that you have linked Plaid to your Stripe account.
    For steps, see Stripe ACH and Stripe’s documentation.
  • Check your Plaid credentials, including the public and secret API keys, in your Stripe ACH configuration at Configuration () > System Settings > Payment Gateways.
  • Make certain that your Plaid Secret corresponds to the current Plaid Environment setting. Plaid issues separate secrets for use with sandbox, developer, and live environments.
