Stripe PCI Compliance Issues


After migrating to Stripe, you receive one of the following Stripe emails:


Stripe sends these messages because the system is attempting to send raw card data that contains full credit card numbers or that your previous merchant gateway stored to Stripe’s API. You can only do this when Stripe has flagged your Stripe account as PCI compliant.

To process Stripe transactions, must certify PCI compliance with Stripe and have access to Stripe’s raw card data APIs.


To resolve this issue, perform the steps in Stripe’s Documentation or contact Stripe support.
