Unexplained Declines and Failures


When you attempt to process payment, a payment gateway declines the credit card or returns a failure.


There are many potential causes for this issue. You will need to perform additional troubleshooting steps.


Check Billing > Gateway Log for your payment gateway’s returned response. This should indicate the problem.

Then, look up the error codes in your payment gateway’s documentation or contact their support team.
