Problem #

You see the following error at Billing > Gateway Log while using the WorldPay Invisible or WorldPay Invisible XML payment gateway modules:

<error code="2"><![CDATA[Attribute value "" of type NMTOKEN must be a name token.]]></error>

Cause #

This error occurs because the credit card storage function is disabled.

Solution #

To resolve this, uncheck the following options in the Security tab at Configuration () > System Settings > General Settings:

• Allow Client CC Removal
• Disable Credit Card Storage
