Problem #

You enabled Prorata in the product’s Pricing tab at Configuration () > System Settings > Products/Services, but the system is not prorating the price for those services.

Cause #

In many cases, this is due to the Signup Anniversary Prorata setting, which overrides the product prorata setting.

Solution #

Disable Signup Anniversary Prorata in the Ordering tab at Configuration () > System Settings > General Settings.
