Problem #

While provisioning an account on a cPanel & WHM server using the cPanel module, you see the following error:

WHM Username is missing for the selected server

Cause #

This error indicates a server balancing misconfiguration (for example, you have not selected a server to use when creating the account).

Solution #

Check the product configuration to ensure that provisioning successfully selects a server.
