Problem #

While provisioning an account on a cPanel & WHM server using the cPanel module, you see the following error:

Package Not Allowed or Exceeded Resource/Account Allocation

Cause #

This error indicates that you only have reseller access to your server and are trying to create an account without a valid package name.

Solution #

Ensure that the WHM package name in the WHMCS product configuration and in WHM match exactly.
